Senior Treasury Analyst

As a **Senior Treasury Analyst** The primary function of this role is to further strengthen the Treasury function, by assisting the manager with the day to day cash management and foreign currency, accounting and reporting processes, to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate monthly results, and by supporting the implementation of Treasury related projects, to drive the Treasury agenda and to add value to the organization, both now and in the future.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Oversee and manage cash balances, surplus cash and funding requirements in multiple currencies.- Execute daily Treasury payments- Oversee and manage Treasury systems related to cash and FX transactions- Maintenance of treasury system and banking systems ensuring new users are setup/removed in a timely manner and to ensure straight through processing of payments.- Manage the North America banking relationship ensuring projects are executed in a timely manner.- Review monthly forecasts and ensure correspondences are made with local finance in order to obtain an accurate cashflow position.- Ensure back-office treasury operations are completed daily and ensuring correspondences are made with banks regarding currency delivery instructions, late payment.- Provide Treasury operational support to back-office team.- Analyse investment alternatives with bank and ensure they are compliant with the investment policy.- Maintenance and co-ordination of various legal Treasury documents including KYC banking documentation- Project Work: Support Treasury manager on various projects: rollout of the treasury system regionally, Virtual bank account setup, Supply Chain finance automation,- Coordinate with regional Treasury managers and front office to consolidate FX exposures, identify amounts to hedge, confirm execution, and finalize cash settlements- Execute internal foreign exchange as per policy..**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Educated to degree level, fully qualified Finance/Accountancy qualification required- Good knowledge of financial processes, including planning and analysis. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Strong understanding of P&L and BS. Awareness of capital markets (long and short term), foreign exchange and macroeconomic conditions desirable but not essential.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
