As an OPERATIONAL ANALYST, you will provide Service best practices of Incident, Problem and Knowledge centered support. In Operations Analyst, you will gain a broad understanding of the existing systems and technologies, inter-relationships and business processes so they will have a reasonably clear understanding of the current state.This Job is located in #LI-Remote within Mexico and will report to Manager.**Key Responsibilities**- perform work at the second level of analysts.- Analyze, troubleshoots, and resolves system and hardware alerts.- Work with cross-function teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems.- Escalates important issues.- Support team globally**Qualifications**- English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.
