**Seeking: IT Technician**Are you an IT professional with a passion for technology looking for a new challenge? At our company, we are seeking an **IT Technician** to join our team and help us maintain our technological operations at peak performance. If you consider yourself proactive, with excellent technical skills and a strong service-oriented approach, this is your opportunityThe main objective of this position is to install and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure their maximum functionality, as well as to train users on the proper and secure use of the IT infrastructure across all company locations.**What We Need From You**:**Experience (minimum 3 years)**:- In information technology, including:- **Microsoft 365** (Outlook, OneDrive, Office).- Installation and configuration of **network and communication hardware and software**.- Management and technical support of **systems and networks** (IT infrastructure management).- Configuration of **telephone lines, networks, telecommunications, and CCTV**.- Experience with **Videowall, DNS Service, XAMPP local Host, and Hosting services**.**Key Technical Knowledge**:- **Operating systems and computer networks** (including Windows Server, Linux, Novell/CTARS at an intermediate level).- **Basic electricity applied to IT**.- Installation and repairs of **hardware and software**.- **Information security and data privacy** (including TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, VPNs, types of cyberattacks, and their prevention).- Advanced handling of **Server, Switch, CCTV, Computers, Videowall, networks, and communications**.- **Data backup and recovery**.**Essential Competencies and Additional Requirements**:- **Soft Skills**:- **Problem diagnosis and resolution** (hardware and software, including cyberattacks like DoS, zero-day, phishing, malware, ransomware, keylogger, etc.).- **Time management and organization**.- **Teamwork**.- **Analytical thinking**.- **Communication skills and internal customer service**.- **Work under pressure and crisis management**.- **Availability**:- To **travel** to all company locations (based in Reforma).- To have a **flexible schedule** (including outside regular working hours and occasionally on Saturdays).- **Desirable job stability**.- **Conversational English** (essential).- **Chinese** (required).**What We Offer**:- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.- **Salary**: $25,000.00 MXN gross monthly.- **Legal benefits and above-law benefits**:- Savings fund.- Food vouchers.- 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo).- Major Medical Expenses Insurance.- Life insurance.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Consideras que cubres con todos los requisitos y funciones de la vacante?- ¿Tu nível de ingles es conversacional fluido?-el jefe directo solo se comunica en ingles- indispensableEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Tecnico de Tecnologia de informacion: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Gestión y soporte técnico de la infraestructura de TI: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Chino (Obligatorio)- Ingles avanzado conversación fluida (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
