México.**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**This role is part of Revenue Growth Management (RGM). The role is responsible for Work as a business partner for the US RGM Team, by providing key commercial insights, thus assisting in ensuring that the end market growth activities contribute to the financial success and effective resource allocation decisions are made across the value chain.This role, along with RGM Commercial Analytics team, will manage pricing and promotion optimization, leading to account level analysis, such as predictive analytics and post implementation results, while working in a cross functional way with Trade, Strategic Planning and Insights (SP&I) Brand Marketing and Finance. This role will support the RGM analytics projects; ensure activity design aligns with RGM, retailer and trade marketing strategy and provide oversight to ensure quality of execution.Reports to: RGM Trade Performance Lead Mgr. / RGM LeadReporting Level: AnalystGeographic Scope: Total US.**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate revenue growth (RGM)- Serve as an extension of the RGM Team with an understanding of the business and how to enable sustainable net revenue growth- Execute business tracking metrics and reporting routines that will enable the RGM & Trade Marketing team to generate key insights- Pulling data & insights from Analysis, Trade Marketing Operations Initiatives to identify granular opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level.- Performance Tracking of key business indicators as per Joint Business Plan.- Additionally, manage and track other key performance indicators: Brand Love Score, Brand Penetration, Loss Sales Opportunity etc.- Provide performance improvement recommendations.- Identify and provide ongoing support to the Trade Marketing Team on system-wide matters needing attention.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Have you supported a process related to business intelligence / market performance and which tools/ data was used to complete the tasks?- What is your proficiency level using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy, and any other third-party software packages, including an understanding of relational databases and clustering tools?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.- Knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data.- Able to work with technical analysis such as regressions, clustering, classification, dimensionality reduction, collaborative filtering.- Programming concepts understanding is desirable- Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable- Analytics and data management experience highly preferred**BENEFICIAL**- Experience analysing dashboards and database sets- Experience in consumer goods strongly preferred**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
