TasksThe QMP is responsible of the quality assurance during the product development, production launch and engineering changes for project in series production. The QMP is a key member of the core team and acts a support of the Project Manager for all quality related topics. The QMP ensures that the project meets the required quality and that the safety related features are properly identified. In case of deviations (e.g. time, cost, requirements, risks) the QMP has the responsibility of ensuring that appropriate measures are defined. The QMP is disciplinary independent from the PM and has the responsibility to escalate.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or above in electronics / industrial Engineering or equivalent.- Minimum 3 years of quality related working experience in Automotive industry.- Knowledge on related manufacturing process.- Knowledge on IATF 16949- Good knowledge about APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC and usage on Quality tools.- English C2- Good communication and problem solving skills.- Customer complaint handling.- Change management.Desirable- Knowledge on R&D process.About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
