Join our team to ensure smooth operations by adhering to the maintenance plan and addressing urgent mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation issues. You will follow quality, sanitation, and safety policies, using SAP for planning. Escalate issues beyond your capacity following the established protocol.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- **Safety First**: Ensure your own safety and that of your colleagues by using appropriate equipment and tools.- **Minimize Downtime**: Reduce equipment downtime using Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to meet production schedules.- **Plan Collaboration**: Work with the Maintenance Planner to create and execute PM plans.- **Documentation**: Develop folders with critical spare parts, layouts, maintenance programs, and inspection lists in coordination with the Maintenance Planner and Warehouse Coordinator.- **Execute Maintenance**: Perform all activities as outlined in the PM plan.- **Inventory Management**: Create and structure spare parts lists for each equipment, and update SAP to maintain stock levels.- **Budget Management**: Execute maintenance within budget, ensuring proper use of tools, resources, and spare parts.- **Operational Support**: Support operations in testing equipment post-maintenance, cleaning, and line startup.- **Order Follow-up**: Track and follow up on orders from the previous shift.- **Daily Checks**: Complete daily checklists and generate corresponding alerts.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Experience: 2+ years in a similar role- Language: 30% English proficiency required**Skills**:- Industrial mechanics (gear reducers, power transmission systems, conveyors)- Intermediate electronics and electricity- Basic lubrication knowledge- TPM, preventive, and predictive maintenance- Intermediate piping skills- Basic SAP knowledge- Basic computer skills (software packages)- Expert knowledge of electrical control diagrams- Basic PLC skills- Signal tracing in failure mode- Intermediate pneumatics and hydraulics- Variable frequency drive diagnostics and programming- Basic metrology and machining knowledge**ABOUT WK KELLOGG CO**WK Kellogg Co is proud to offer industry competitive benefits (Physical, Financial, Emotional, and Social) that vary depending on region and type of role.
