With a shared vision of **transformation**, we endeavor to shape a brighter future for higher education.About the Opportunity:**Where you will make an impact**- Serve as an expert working with a PSA system (Certinia)- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and peers- Work collaboratively with assigned Practices, Project Managers, Engagements Managers and GM’s to support effective and timely scheduling of consulting resources and scheduling of complex projects- Identify, document, and recommend process improvements for any identified gaps in corporate resourcing process or system functionality- Manage the detailed tracking of resource requests and accurate updating throughout the staffing process- Mitigate escalations and ensure consultants’ utilization is balanced across the assigned Practice- Make effective use of technology where appropriate for communication, monitoring trends in resource use, and documentation- Work with practice and project leadership for Ellucian, identify resource needs and assign appropriate support in a timely manner- Manage schedule conflicts and work towards amicable solutions- Ensure various operational elements that affect financial and resource forecasts are on track; including but not limited to:- timely attention to staffing requests- updates to staffing progress and mitigation strategies**What you will bring**- Established track record of success in a dynamic business setting- Ability to handle pressure situations with pressing deadlines and competing priorities- Proven ability to effectively set priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent judgment that can be used effectively in appropriately resolving and/or escalating issues.- Strong data organizational skills- Must be articulate and can communicate in a positive and professional manner, both verbally and in writing- Must be organized, detail oriented, and can demonstrate resourcefulness and perseverance- The ability to develop rapport and maintain highest degree of integrity- Must demonstrate strong listening and information gathering skills to ensure an accurate understanding is accomplished- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and constituents- Strong ability to build collaboration, reduce conflicts; and build consensus- Experience and high proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel- Must have the flexibility to work a regular schedule with occasional evening and early morning hours requiredWhat makes #Ellucianlife:- Comprehensive health coverage: family major medical expenses, dental and life insurance.- Christmas bonus 30 days- Saving fund- Monthly food coupon- 15 workdays vacation- Thrive Flex Program that allows you to contribute towards your health, financial or learning interests- 5 charitable days to support the community that supports us- Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups such as: Women in Technology, Pride and Go Green to name a few.- Parental leave- Employee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team- We Foster a learning culture with:- Tuition Reimbursement Assistance- Professional development opportunitiesLI-MH1LI-Hybrid
