We believe the Monad blockchain—an efficient, parallel EVM Layer 1—will empower decentralized apps to scale worldwide. The Role We are looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to grow and support Monad’s early builder community. As a remote member of the Latin America team, you will empower builders by providing the tools and resources they need to build successful applications in the Monad ecosystem. What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, production‑ready sample applications and reference implementations on Monad. Create and distribute high‑impact educational resources—blog posts, videos, tutorials, documentation—that showcase best practices and efficient workflows. Present at conferences, workshops, webinars, and code walkthroughs to share your expertise and the “why” behind your applications. Translate hands‑on building experiences into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams, shaping the Monad roadmap and tooling. Leverage your deep development experience to build guides and architectural blueprints that offer strong, well‑reasoned opinions on building robust, scalable applications on Monad. Who You Are 2+ years in developer relations at a web3 company. 2+ years of software development experience with a strong portfolio of shipped applications. A passion for writing clean, maintainable, well‑documented code and architecting solutions that serve as clear examples for others. An understanding of developers’ challenges and a drive to create solutions that improve their productivity. A natural curiosity about tools, frameworks, and platforms, and the ability to critically assess their impact. Evidence‑based opinions on developer experience and application architecture, and effective communication skills. Prior app development experience (personal projects, professional work, GitHub, hackathons). Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
