Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENCE ANALYST****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Entry Level**FUNCTION**: Digital Business Solutions - Marketing**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES****WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Conduct comprehensive company profiling, track macroeconomic trends, and analyze industry information along with other business intelligence metrics to support strategic decision-making.- Execute & regularly maintain the financial analysis models pertaining to Marketing Investment, Promotional spend for both traditional & new categories.- Track monthly Marlin & RSD actual price points & update pricing forecast models accordingly.- Revamp & maintain pricing forecast dashboard by different metrices e.g., key accounts, states, chains etc.- Extract relevant information from systems such as MicroStrategy/dashboards & update the team on commercial KPIs, performance, state level views etc.- Extract data from competition portal to maintain & update key promotional activities dashboard/cycle plan for the competition.- Serve the Competitive Insights & Analysis team as a support member by synthesizing external & internal information and disseminate the key findings to the team.- Centralize critical business information by coordinating with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication and data integration across the organization.- Perform ad-hoc query related to strategic exercises such as wargaming, planning workshop etc on a need basis.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related area.- 1+ years of experience in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area.- Advanced English proficiency.- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for interpreting complex datasets and generating actionable insights.- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop and market research to optimize processes and identify growth opportunities.- Financial Modeling and Forecasting skills to analyze financial models, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning.**BENEFICIAL**- Certification in Data Analysis or Business Analytics- Lean Six Sigma/Agile Certification**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
