Product Engineering Manager<br>**Education**:Communications and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computing systems or similar.<br>**Experience**:Requires minimum of 2 years of related experience;<br>**Knowledge**: English 90%, 6 sigma, Engineering Change Order (ECOs), AVL updates through MCOs, customer conference calls, Deviation process from Customer. Manufacturing Process, Projects planing, AGILE, ORACLE, electronics, engineering changes, Rohs, English (90% Min.) MRB analysis, assembly drawings and specifications NPI.<br>**Required skills**:Fluency and communication, analytical, methodical, results-oriented, Teamwork.<br>**Personality trait**: Ability to negotiate, Sense of urgency and proactive.<br>**Responsibilities**:<br>- ECO/MCO/Deviation management control system and production floor implementations<br>- MRB controls<br>- Product Technicians training development and activities coordination<br>- To develop continuos improvement projects<br>- To lead and coordinate ECO weekly customer conference calls as well as internal ECO meetings with Materials and Program Management departments.
