Job ID: 26393- Location: Tlajomulco, MX**System Test Manager - Battery Management Systems****Job ID**:26393**Location**:Tlajomulco**Salary Classification**:11**Responsibilities**:- nitialization and improvement of system test concept- Planning, co-ordination and control of test activities according to the system test strategy of the BU ES/ET by usage and adaptation of the system test manual (STM)- Evaluate gaps in current test methods, development and definition of test methods and test tools- System requirements testing, traceability- Safety and Security goals testing of the product- Maintain the test reports for all disciplines, monitor progress of testing activities- Reporting of the results of system integration testing in an appropriate way, e.g. in a system release test report (SRTR), Dashboard that shows maturity level of the project- Achievement of the system integration test targets- Alignment with customer for all the test activities such as planning, test execution phases- Ensuring a proper test environment for the project based on system requirements- Synchronization between multiple disciplines to ensure proper execution of the tests from different disciplines- Participate in project meetings to provide/get latest updates- Active participation in generic/global topics to advance the organization e.g. work and improve processes, methods, and tools**Job Requirements**:- Technical overview and experience.- Analysis, coordination and communication competences.- Knowledge of standard test methods and tools.- Strong experience and understanding of vehicle/system environment for electronic controllers and battery management systems- Knowledge of software and hardware development and understanding of development processes of mechanical components- Impact analysis, analytic thinking, problem solving, design of experiments- Knowledge of test environment like HIL, system test bench, engine dyno, chassis dyno and test vehicle- Good Communication & presentation skills- Familiarity with calibration tools (Vector CANape, CANalyzer, ETAS Inca, ATI Vision)- Knowledge in high voltage test engineering- Knowledge in configuration/requirements management tools**Working Time**: Full time**Business Unit**: Engineering**Department**: E EN CT AEE**Your Contact Partner**: TANIA ARACELI PALOSVitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility.
