SAP Support Analyst - CGMX Callaway•Estado de México, Mexico Descripción del trabajo SAP Support Analyst - CGMX (Remote Office, Locations: CG - MA - Mexico - IT / FIN, Time Type: Full Time, Posted Today, End Date: January 31, 2026, Requisition ID: JR ) Responsibilities Technical and Functional Support: Provide first and second-level support to SAP users. Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in implemented SAP modules. Escalate complex issues to appropriate specialists when necessary. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customise SAP modules according to business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to implement customised solutions. Incident and Problem Management: Record and manage incidents and problems in the ticket management system. Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents. Training and Documentation: Train end-users on SAP usage and best practices. Create and maintain user documentation and procedure manuals. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and SAP utilisation. Propose and implement enhancements and optimisations in the system. Projects and Upgrades: Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects. Conduct functionality and regression testing to ensure changes do not negatively impact the system.
