En Bayer tienes la oportunidad de ser parte de una cultura en la que valoramos la pasión de nuestros colaboradores por innovar y darles el poder de cambiar.****Corporate & Employee Engagement Coord.****Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:- Support for North Latam Employee Engagement Squad (Internal Communications)- Assist in the planning and execution of internal campaigns, events, and initiatives to inform, engage, and connect employees across the region.- Draft and edit internal content such as newsletters, announcements, intranet Bayernet posts, leadership messages, and visual communications.- Help coordinate logistics for internal events, town halls, and recognition programs.- Monitor feedback channels and support tracking of employee engagement metrics.- Support for Corporate Communications Squad (External Positioning & Narrative)- Help prepare and coordinate content for external communications including press releases, briefing documents, executive speaking points, and social media copy.- Assist in the development and organization of corporate narratives and storytelling initiatives that highlight the company’s purpose, impact, and leadership.- Support coordination across multiple departments to gather input and ensure message consistency.- Help monitor media coverage and track key performance indicators related to reputation and visibility.**Who You Are**:- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.- 4 years of relevant experience in communications, public affairs, or related functions.- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Spanish and English.- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with attention to detail.- Familiarity with digital communication platforms, internal tools (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer), and social media channels.- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
