Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst

**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Provides accounting expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.- Acts as an expert to execute the end to end process to generate and deliver the Mexican payment complement for all customer payment- Performs account reconciliations and ensure all of them are following HP guideliness- Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence improvement decision- Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.- Drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance**Education & Experience Recommended**- Tow-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.**Preferred Certifications**- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)**Knowledge & Skills**- Accounting- Auditing- Automation- Corporate Finance- Data Analysis- Finance- Financial Analysis**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity
