The owner of this position will be in charge to align local supply chain, optimize inventory levels across the regions and in alignment with global strategies, identify & capture opportunities in planning and logistics, work with suppliers for good relationship and accuracy in lead times.**Required**:- English avanced- Excellent Microsoft software skills, especially Excel.- Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments.- Experience in working in large scale company and international projects.**Responsibilities**:- Exception Management & Planning Services- Cancellation Requests- Hold Management- Part requested issues- Field Engineer Research- Bill of Material Management- Information about ETA’s of spares and contact with suppliers- Master Data Management- Backorder Management- Logistics Issue Investigation (Shipping issues, POD’s request,etc)- Meeting Participation- Escalation Support- Reverse Logistics Management- Reporting, perform data integration and analysis, trendsResponse time, next day events, aging backorders under responsibility, comply documents and guides, quality of provided solution, provide backup plans to ensure business continuity, work in best effort to support the dedicated tasks and activities.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
