Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**The Job**WBD’s GCO team is seeking an enthusiastic **_Content Ops Coordinator_** to join the team responsible for the supply of content to multiple digital platforms. The Content Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate case selection for all regions, markets & partners, providing guidance on best practices to the Case Coordinators & stakeholders. This role helps ensure the right version of content, including all expected localization, reaches the right audience, on time.**The Daily - Major Activities**- Select cases for multiple regions, across applicable markets for VOD/digital distribution **(50%);**:- Triage SNOW tickets assigned to GCO Global Case Selection and AV Overrides **(5%);**:- Build self-knowledge and understanding of all WBD supply chains, gaining greater depth understanding of the lifecycle of a case, how they flow through WBD’s systems and in-turn educating teams on best practices for case activities **(4%);**:- Attend meetings relating to case and override activity, be confident and competent in recommending best practices, system improvements and automation **(20%);**:- Methodically update Case & Override Wiki as required **(1%).****The Essentials**- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to track issues to resolution;- Educated to A Levels standard, or equivalent qualifications;- An enthusiasm for problem solving;- Desire to take ownership of a set of tasks and responsibilities;- Dynamic approach to work with a willingness to learn new skills;- Clear, calm and concise communication with colleagues; both verbally and written.**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
