**Position**: Systems & AI Manager**Location**: Morelia**Position Objective**:Lead the company’s technology and artificial intelligence strategy, ensuring efficient operation of information systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical support. Implement innovative AI and data analysis solutions, manage end-to-end ERP projects, and optimize business processes through technology, supporting strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the IT, infrastructure, technical support, cybersecurity, and data analysis teams.- Implement and oversee end-to-end ERP projects, ensuring proper integration of modules such as accounting, HR, production, quality, purchasing, maintenance, inventory, and CDS.- Develop and deploy AI-based solutions and advanced data analysis.- Manage and control IT budgets and technology projects.- Provide support and assistance to users, ensuring operational continuity of systems.- Design and analyze strategic reports using tools such as Power BI, Dash, and advanced Excel.- Ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity policies.- Evaluate and propose technological improvements to optimize processes and enhance business efficiency.- Maintain clear communication with senior management to present results, projects, and technology recommendations.**Requirements**:- Over 15 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technical support, and data analysis.- Practical experience in artificial intelligence and data analytics.- Proven experience leading full ERP implementations.- Deep knowledge of ERP modules: accounting, HR, production, quality, purchasing, maintenance, CDS, and inventory.- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Dash.- Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).- Experience managing and controlling budgets.- Strong leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary team management skills.**Desired Competencies**:- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.- Ability to make data-driven decisions.- Innovation and proactivity in implementing new technologies.- Adaptability to rapid changes in technology environments.
