We are searching for a standout Financial Planner & Analyst ready to excel in an international setting.

In this position, you will work with one of our closest clients: Pray.com, a faith-based social networking platform and app designed to connect individuals and communities through prayer and religious content. The selected candidate does not need to share the same religious beliefs.

WE OFFER

Monthly salary range of 48.000 to 55.000 MXN NET.
Monthly bonus of 2,000 MXN NET.
12 vacation days after the first year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work collaboratively with the finance team to develop and update the company's financial plan.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management and the board of directors.
Monitor the company's budget and perform variance analysis.
Create clear and concise financial reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Perform ad hoc analysis to support the needs of the business.
Maintain and quantify risks and opportunities in business performance and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
Improve financial rigor around decision-making, including business cases for investments and new markets and business lines.
Identify opportunities to improve business and financial processes.

REQUIREMENTS

A professional background in Software as a Service (SaaS) companies or consumer subscriptions (similar to Pray) is required.
A professional background in e-commerce (digital transactions) or investment banking is acceptable.
3-5 years of experience working with US GAAP financial statements is required.
Experience working with financial statements (P&L, income statements, budgeting and forecasting, balance sheets) is required.
Experience working with performance marketing is preferred.
Ability to create reports with graphs and charts using Tableau or PowerBi (required).
Advanced English (it doesn't matter if you have an accent).

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday (8:00 to 16:00 or 9:00 to 17:00 PST).
