Property Maintenance Coordinator

This individual will be responsible for taking after hours phone calls. This is a primarily customer-service oriented role and will require liaising with tenants, property owners, and other constituents. Come join our team and understand why a career in property management is right for you.**What You Do**- Work Part-time: Average work of 5-10 hours each week you are on-call- Must be available to take phone calls from 4:00PM EST to 7:30AM EST and all weekend (they will be reporting every other week)- Handling maintenance issues and interacting with tenants, property owners and vendors- Creating work orders and following up to make sure repairs are done**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**- High school diploma- Impeccable customer service skills- Previous experience as a maintenance coordinator is preferred, but not required.- Ability to read and write professionally in English- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel- Ability to read and create spreadsheets- Able to problem solve independently and think quickly- Able to handle tense and emotional customers professionally- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision- Knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance issues, such as filter changes, appliances, seasonal cleaning, and other typical issues.**Salary**: USD$300 per on-call week**Job Type**: Part-timePay: From $6,000.00 per weekApplication Question(s):- Is your spoken and written English at an excellent professional level?- Are you willing to work part-time(5-10 hours a week, every other week)?- Is your resume submitted in English?
