This position involves processing invoices in accordance with contracts and collaborating with the IT Finance team to monitor expenditures and accruals against the budget. The role requires a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills to effectively support the financial management of IT infrastructure projects.-**What You’ll Be Doing**Process invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with contractual agreements.- Collaborate with the IT Finance team to monitor spending and accruals, ensuring alignment with the budget.- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to IT infrastructure expenditures.- Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.- Provide insights and recommendations for cost management and optimization.- **What We're Looking For** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience in accounting or finance, preferably within an IT infrastructure context.- Strong understanding of financial processes and contract management.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in financial software and tools.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.**Preferred Skills**:- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and their financial implications.- Experience with ERP systems and invoice processing software.- **Ready to Make a Difference?**- All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected category..Danfoss engineers solutions that increase machine productivity, reduce emissions, lower energy consumption, and enable electrification.Our solutions are used in such areas as refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, power conversion, motor control, industrial machinery, automotive, marine, and off- and on-highway equipment.
