Join to apply for the Accounting Manager role at CS Outsource We are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager / Controller to oversee full‑cycle accounting for a growing property management company and multiple holding entities . This role is hands‑on and strategic, responsible for financial accuracy, month‑end close, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and owner reporting. The ideal candidate has strong real estate or property management accounting experience and is comfortable managing multiple entities. Key Responsibilities Core Accounting – Property Management Oversee the full set of books for the property management company Ensure accurate and timely financial records, reconciliations, and reporting Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities Manage and review work of the AR/AP Bookkeeper Approve monthly owner statements , ensuring all billables are accurate Run monthly trial balance , post adjusting entries, and finalize P&L Execute monthly and year‑end close processes Forecasting & Budgeting Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts Create and manage budgets for the property management company Track performance vs budget and explain variances Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership Payroll & Labor Tracking Run weekly/bi-weekly payroll for international and domestic employees Prepare and share weekly overtime reports to monitor labor costs Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance Margin & Cost Management Produce weekly cleaning margin reports Monitor labor budgets and operating costs Identify cost variances and flag issues to department heads Holding Companies & Multi-Entity Accounting Ensure utilities and recurring expenses are on autopay and processed correctly Book mortgages, principal, and interest across entities Track monthly interest and ensure timely payments Owner Statements & Allocations Prepare and post monthly owner statements Ensure correct allocations, distributions, and reimbursements Maintain accurate intercompany and owner balances Handle month‑end and year‑end closing entries for all entities Prepare complete financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) Maintain reconciliations and ensure books are audit‑ready Required Qualifications Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Controller, or Senior Accountant Strong background in property management or real estate accounting Experience managing multiple entities and holding companies Solid understanding of AR/AP, payroll, budgeting, and forecasting Advanced knowledge of month‑end close and financial reporting High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with property management accounting software Experience working with remote or international teams Knowledge of labor cost analysis and margin reporting Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Other (Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting) Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CS Outsource by 2x Get notified about new Accounting Manager jobs in Latin America . #J-18808-Ljbffr
