Your Impact As Director of Operations , you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production processes, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence within our automotive manufacturing facilities. Your leadership will be crucial in driving lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and high-performance manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and maintain our position as a trusted partner for global OEMs. This role requires deep expertise in metal and plastic manufacturing , including injection molding, stamping, and assembly processes , ensuring that our production meets the highest industry standards while continuously innovating and adapting to market demands. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on efficiency, quality, and growth. Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes , ensuring seamless coordination between production, quality, and supply chain teams. Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational best practices . Drive efficiency in metal and plastic component production , ensuring adherence to industry regulations and customer requirements. Optimize supply chain management, enhancing supplier relationships, procurement strategies, and inventory control . Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve operational effectiveness. Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture , mentoring and empowering cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards , including IATF *****, ISO ****** . Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with business expansion and innovation goals . What We're Looking For Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or related fields. Experience 10+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing operations . Proven track record in overseeing production of metal and plastic components (injection molding, stamping, assembly). Expertise in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and supply chain optimization . Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale projects . Languages Advanced English (capable of leading technical discussions and executive meetings). Technical Skills Deep knowledge of IATF *****, ISO ****, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing . Strong financial acumen, budgeting, cost optimization, and process efficiency. Soft Skills Strategic vision and problem-solving mindset . Ability to motivate and inspire teams in high-pressure environments. Strong decision-making and analytical thinking skills. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
