Operations Airfreight

Global Logistics company is looking for their Guadalajara (Zapopan) branch the position of **Operations Air Freight (After hours shift)**This position tracks, traces, and maintains status of Expedited and air shipments via domestic and international transport. This role is responsible for providing customer-specific updates, including export, import, and domestic transactions, including processes from shipment RFQ to final delivery.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Monitor and manage shipments until completion.- Timely communication with customers, offices, overseas and domestic providers to maintain relationships.**-Responsible to coordinate operations during Overnight shift**:Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM****EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**- 2-5 years of proven logistics operations experience with a preference for freight forwarding experience; operate and quote shipments- Main experience in Airfreight and Ground operation.- Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to build great working relationships- Must have strong organizational and time management skills- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills**-English speaking ability at Advanced level (required)****ECONOMICAL OFFER**- Salary: Starting with $25,000 MXN per month - before taxes- Benefits based on Mexican Law- Insurance of Major Medical ExpensesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Nocturno- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuentas con nível de inglés para mantener una conversación de negocios?- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes en manejo de operación aérea?- ¿Tienes experiência en manejo de operación terrestre?- ¿En qué empresas de Freight Forwarding has trabajado?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
