Global Logistics company is looking for their Guadalajara (Zapopan) branch the position of **Operations & Customer Service - Air Freight**The Logistics Operative is responsible for receiving shipping instructions and following customer-specific guidelines in the preparation and transmission of export and import transactions.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Communicate with carriers and origin and destination location agents.- Monitor and manage shipments until completion.- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.- Review standard operating procedures to ensure compliance, TSA and Ace Quality Assurance Standards.- May be responsible for special shipments involving perishables (medicines and samples) and/or oversee special accounts.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor's degree from a recognized University is required.- Prior work experience in airfreight, logistics, or freight forwarding industry- Must possess excellent customer service skills.- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.- **English speaking ability at Advanced level (required)****ECONOMICAL OFFER**- Gross Salary: $25,000 MXN per month- Benefits based on Mexican Law- Insurance of Major Medical Expenses- Work schedule: 9-18 hrs Mon-Fri, and one weekend per month.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuentas con nível de inglés para mantener una conversación de negocios?- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes en manejo de operación aérea?- ¿En qué empresas de Freight Forwarding has trabajado?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
