Buscamos talento para Customer Service en nuestra oficina de MéxicoActualmente somos la principal compañía tecnológica para el transporte internacional de carga en Latinoamérica y servicios logísticos integrados, que a través del desarrollo continuo de una intuitiva plataforma digital hemos logrado entregar visibilidad y control del proceso de importaciones y exportaciones de inicio a fin a más de 4.000 clientes. Somos Klog.co**Requisitos**:Experiência en Freight Forwarder y/o Aduana- Educación mínima: Técnico de Negocios Internacionales- 2 años de experiência en el puesto y giro- Idiomas: Inglés intermedio- Manejo de office a nível intermedio.Funciones:- Gestionar el proceso integral de las importaciones desde la recepción de documentos hasta la entrega de la carga al cliente final, realizando el seguimiento y trazabilidad del despacho asegurando la oportuna y eficiente atención al cliente.- Recepcionar, aperturar y revisar los documentos del nuevo despacho, notificando al cliente de faltar alguna información.- Coordinar con el equipo de operaciones para que el trámite se efectúe en los plazos establecidos.- Mantener informado al cliente del status de su carga de forma diaria y el correcto llenado de nuestra plataforma.- Brindar soluciones efectivas a los clientes y absolver consultas o dudas.- Consolidar toda la documentación para su gestión correspondiente de nacionalización del cliente.Beneficios:Prestaciones de ley y a la planta prestaciones superiores( Fondo de ahorro, vales de despensa, seguro de gastos médicos mayores, aguinaldo 30 días)- Atractiva Cultura organizacionalTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensa
