The Program Specialist role will manage the planning, organization, and implementation of programs. This individual will have knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. He or she will also have moderate knowledge of effective planning techniques and the ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan. The Program Specialist will also have knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. This will be a team lead role, helping to onboard and train team members.- Oversee project processes and procedures; monitor the productivity and performance of project team.- Manage all aspects of projects.
