Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential._**Title and Summary**Associate People SpecialistRole:- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the HR department, including assist in payroll related topics and vendor management.- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and that new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with legal and company standards.- Communication & Engagement: Plan and execute employee events to foster a positive work environment, Develop and distribute internal newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged, Utilize design and editing tools like Canva to create visually appealing content- Policy Implementation: Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are informed and engaged with HR initiatives.- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and the overall enhancement of the HR function.All About You:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as design & editing tools such as Canva.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.**Corporate Security Responsibility**All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
