Production Lead

As **PRODUCTION LEAD**, you will ensure the programming of customer requirements, through the administration of human resources and available materials to increase productivity and quality at the lowest possible cost in the e-coat production line. You will report directly to our Regional Manager at our Ramos Arizpe plant.**Main Responsibilities**- Monitor and review production, being responsible for the control of raw material, product in process and production equipment.- Customer service through inventory monitoring and control and production tools.- Administer personnel in charge of shift scheduling, personnel incidents, training, among others.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in engineering careers related to the position.- Minimum experience of 2 years in positions as supervisor or production coordinator in e-coat processes.- Intermediate English- Knowledge of production programming and line balancing, FIFO (inputs and outputs), LPA'S, PI-PE (efficiency production indicator)LI-Onsite**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
