Be an active participant in solving quality issues regarding what’s related to Wrh operation- **Team Leadership & Training**: Lead, mentor, train logistics teams; propose, lead, and encourage others to implement improvement projects using Kaizen methodology.- **Metrics & Continuous Improvement**Track performance metrics (OTD, Inventory Accuracy, discrepancies), analyze data, and drive process improvements.- **Compliance & Safety**Comply with safety, environmental, ISO standards; ensure customs/legal/regulatory compliance.**What Are We Looking for**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Eng, Business, Intl. Trade, etc.)- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse/ supervisor of hourly and salary employees, within maquiladora or manufacturing contexts- Fluent Spanish / English (bilingual), advanced writing and negotiation skills- Proficient with ERP/WMS/TMS systems (e.g. SAP MM), sophisticated Excel, logistics software- Leadership capabilities with team mentor, performance management, and collaborator coordination- Desiree Certified SCM/logistics professional, and continuous improvement background.LI-AM2
