This role involves managing the intake process for clients, handling high volumes of inbound calls, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout each interaction. As the first point of contact, you will schedule appointments, provide interpretation of calls, and reroute inquiries to paralegals as needed. Handle approximately 100 inbound calls daily from clients and prospects.2. Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately based on client needs and staff availability.3. Interpret calls, ensuring clients' messages are conveyed clearly and accurately.4. Write translation summaries for clients and internal teams as necessary.5. Provide timely updates regarding ongoing processes to clients and other relevant parties.6. Reroute calls to appropriate paralegals or departments for further handling.7.
