This role involves handling client inquiries, documenting case information, and supporting legal processes with empathy and professionalism. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls with professionalism and empathyDocument and resolve inquiries accuratelyProvide excellent client serviceRetain and manage client/provider informationConduct consultations for potential casesSign up new clients electronicallySchedule initial clinic appointmentsReview inquiry calls and emailsProcess and file legal documentsMeet walk-in clients and coordinate with partner firmsPerform data entry and maintain case documentation Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in customer service or BPO call centersBilingual: English & Spanish (B2+)Legal studies or experience preferred.Ability to multitask in fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational and technical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign
