**JOB PURPOSE**Responsible to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate employee training programs to improve employee skills, productivity, and performance, supporting organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning.**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**- Develop, design, and deliver training programs tailored to organizational and departmental needs.- Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and recommend improvements.- Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and one-on-one training sessions when necessar- Collaborate on onboarding processes for new hires and ensure seamless orientation programs.- Introduce and leverage technology-based learning tools such as e-learning platforms, webinars, and apps.- Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional development within departments.**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (required).- English 80%- 3-5 years of experience in employee training or development, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).- Previous experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the manufacturing industry.- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.- Leadership and team management skills to supervise trainers and trainees effectively.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
