TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.**What your background should look like**:**Responsabilidades**:Asegurar que los requisitos de cliente, te global y de los estándares ISO 9001 e IATF 16949 vigentes se cumplan oportunamente, a través de la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora del SGC en IATF 16949Atender auditorías de clientes, así como el seguimiento para el cierre de los hallazgos identificados, durante las mismas.Planificar con el equipo de ICT Querétaro, las auditorías internas del sistema de gestión de calidad, proceso de manufactura y de producto, así como el seguimiento de los hallazgos identificados, su registro en la base de datos, y su presentación con gerencia y dirección de calidad.Planificar con el equipo de ICT Querétaro las auditorías externas del sistema de gestión de calidad por el organismo certificador, así como el seguimiento de los hallazgos identificados, y su registro en management system.planificar la realización y seguimiento al estándar de cqi-23 para el area de inyección, acorde al programa anula de auditoriasasegurar el control de la documentación del sistema de gestión de calidad, que sea vigente y de acuerdo a los procedimientos internos y estándares bajo los cuales ICT Querétaro se encuentra certificado.**Requisitos**:Disponibilidad de horarioDisponibilidad para viajar 30 %Pasaporte vigenteVisaIdiomas: Ingles avanzado, mantiene comunicación fluidaExperiência mínima: 5 a 8 añosFormación y Conocimientos:Conocimientos en core toolsManejo de office (excel, word, power point)Inglés 90%Resolución de problemasManejo de PDM LinkManejo de DMTecHabilidadesCoordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios, habilidad para auditar sistemas de calidad, presentaciones a staffCompetenciasIATF 16949:2016VDA 6.3ISO 9001:2015Requisitos específicos de cliente, CQI-23Core toolsAuditor InternoAuditor Líder (deseable)"**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
