**SUMMARY**:This position provides comprehensive support to Import/Export Specialists and internal assistance to the Logistics Specialist team. The role ensures accuracy and compliance in data management processes while supporting documentation and operational flow across domestic, ocean, and air cargo activities.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Other duties may be assigned._- Assist with logistics data entry and documentation for domestic, ocean, and air cargo movements.- Perform data entry in CargoWise and maintain up-to-date shipment records.- Track and validate departure, arrival, and delivery of international freight with carriers to support Import/Export operations.- Manage ISF filings with Customs for assigned accounts.- Update systems based on pre-alert documents, arrival notices, and other relevant documentation.- Maintain company and customer confidentiality to safeguard operational integrity.- Identify and propose continual improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and team performance.- Maintain accurate milestone records within established workflows.- Support vendor database updates and Help Doc creation or maintenance.- Assist the team leader or supervisor with auditing CargoWise filters, orders, and weekly reports, as well as role schedules.- Support onboarding and cross-training initiatives to ensure skill alignment and team coverage.- Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment by accomplishing related tasks as needed.**QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION**:- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.- Proactive approach to follow-up, accountability, and problem-solving.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Knowledge of how CargoWise modules interact with each other.- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).**- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.- High School Diploma required.- **Bilingual (English and Spanish) - required.**- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, technical, and regulatory documents.- Ability to write business correspondence, reports, and procedure manuals.**Working schedule**:Monday to Friday 8-6 - Hybrid scheme.protrans
