**Please Upload Resume in ENGLISH Version Only**_**Title: Java Application Support**Location: REMOTE in MexicoDuration: Fulltime**Responsibilities**:- Creating, scheduling, monitoring jobs, troubleshooting jobs- Able to lead team and connect with client on regular basis.- Responsible to help team in day-to-day operations.- Go through logs and trace back to code as to what is going wrong.- Manage and resolve production incidents. Covers system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects and end user support.- Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes.- Ensure appropriate tool is updated in accordance with SLA specifications with case notes, status updates and case closure information.**Minimum Qualifications**:- B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent**Desired Skills**:- Experience in Core-java, J2EE and AWS- Strong understanding in Relational database concepts- Should have an exp. in framework like Spring, Struts, etc.- Good knowledge and work experience of Oracle Database, PL/SQL- Experience with Maven, GIT, html, JSP, CSS, JavaScript- Ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact and should have strong customer focus.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Flexible to work in shifts on rotation basis.- Willingness and ability to multi-task.
