Then Emma is the right place for you.**What you'll do**:- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in IFRS according to internal and external reporting requirements- Provide insightful, consistent, and actionable analysis/reporting on sales & margins, operations, inventories, liquidity, and R&D projects across the country for Management decision making- Interface function between Accounting data and our e-commerce platform data- Support in the preparation and development of the reporting to our investors- Organization and implementation of the yearly budget planning- Analyze the status and variances to Company’s Accounting and data improvement projects, develop and follow-up on countermeasures, corrective actions etc.**Who we're Looking for**:- You are fluent in English- You are finishing your Bachelor’s Degree- You are a critical thinker and with excellent problem-solving skills to coordinate and tackle any challenges that may arise- You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success- You have great interpersonal and communication skills- You like to take responsibility and can work independently**What we offer**:- A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals- The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team- Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA- To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events**Become an Emmie**Emma is transforming the world of sleep - **and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.**We want you.
