Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Support the deployment of the Quality strategy for a local ABB organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solution to problems. Collaborate with of local functions that impact on the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.**This position reports to**:Junior Footprint Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Assisting in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks.- Enabling and coaching employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.- Utilizing systems and tools to assist the Engineering function with product data and evaluations to ensure that products meet expectations throughout their lifecycle.- Utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to assure effective introduction of new products.- Providing quality training to local teams, enabling them to define and document processes that are efficient and under control.**Your background**:- A Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering.- Electrical and Quality systems knowledge.- Quality metrics assurance.- 3 years of experience in similar positions.- Knowledge of Quality standards.- Experience as leadership.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
