_This is a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco_- Advanced English required_The **Cash Posting Representative** is responsible for accurately posting payments, credits, and adjustments to customer accounts in a service-based environment. This role focuses on ensuring that payments from clients, customers, and partners are properly recorded, reconciled, and accounted for, ensuring the company’s financial records are up to date. The representative will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Payment Posting: Accurately post payments received from customers, clients, or partners into the company’s accounting system, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.- Account Reconciliation: Review and reconcile accounts by ensuring that all payments, credits, and adjustments are applied correctly and match the related invoices or service agreements.- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues with payment amounts, account balances, or payment methods by communicating with clients, vendors, and internal departments.- Transaction Management: Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure payments are properly credited to the correct accounts.- Reporting: Generate and prepare reports related to cash posting activities, payment receipts, and customer account statuses for management and finance teams.- Customer Communication: Provide clear and professional communication with customers to address any payment-related questions or concerns.**QUALIFICATIONS**- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or relevant coursework in finance, accounting, or business preferred.- Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or cash posting in a service-based industry is preferred.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of payment data and transactions.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Basic understanding of financial transactions, customer accounts, and payment processing systems.- Customer service-oriented with the ability to resolve payment issues professionally and efficiently.**SCHEDULE**Monday to Friday8:00 am to 5:36 pm**SALARY AND BENEFITS**$22,000 Monthly Gross salary+$1,000 food stamps monthly+Private medical insurance+30 days Christmas bonus+PTO days- This is a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco_- Advanced English required_Pay: $22,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- Accounts Receivable: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Advanced english (required)Work Location: In person
