In this role, you will lead, delegate, and ensure quality across all department activities and develop organic strategies to maximize their impact on social media platforms, focusing on TikTok and Reels.**Responsibilities**:- Craft and Execute Comprehensive Social Media Strategies: Lead the development and execution of strategic social media plans across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and emerging channels.- Create Compelling Video Strategy: Develop an engaging video strategy tailored to each platform's unique audience and format requirements, with a focus on Reels, TikToks, and other emerging video formats.- Specialist in Organic Growth: Implement strategies to grow our social media presence organically, leveraging SEO techniques and content optimization.- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly in video content creation and strategy.- Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
