As a collaborative partner, we strive to deliver the right solutions at the right time and at the right cost to solve tough business challenges.Now we are looking for this position:**Event Production & Meeting Services Sr Analyst****Main Purpose**This position will play a critical role in building and growing a team that will provide support to the global communications function and North America and ensure smooth planning and execution of meeting services, event logistics, media services, hospitality related services, management of the Cvent tool, and similar support for virtual and in person, small to large scale meetings and events across PepsiCo. You will help standardize work and drive best practices, resolve bottlenecks, prioritize when needed, and provide capability building and continuous improvement.**Responsibilities**- Provide support for the Event Production and Meeting Services team within the Communications function- Collaborate closely with Comms leaders in markets (primarily US) and other GBS leaders, voice opinions fearlessly and become a trusted counselor to senior executives- Meeting services responsibilities such as venue scouting and sourcing, contract creation, managing meeting registration, facilitating meeting communication, managing hotel rooming lists, manage mobile apps being used for events, manage Cvent tool, etc.- Event production responsibilities including live playback of various video files, running presentations in live virtual events, managing the functionality of various.ppt plugins, programming of Slido and Kahoot, etc.- Financial responsibility such as managing American Express reporting for all meeting expenses, journal entries and inter-company cross-charging for registration and meetings, processing invoices and contracts, and coordinating with financial contact(s) in HBS- Provide support and counsel to Communications function team and collaborate with other function leads as necessary**Qualifications**- Minimum 2 years of experience working in meeting services and / or event production for a global organization, is required- Experience running live events, both in person and virtual is a must- Advanced English is required- Strong project management skills- Strong relationship skills / experience working with senior leadership across functions and geographies- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a must- _**_Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo_
