**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide L2/L3 support for **Microsoft Fabric**-based solutions, ensuring high availability and reliability of data pipelines and workloads.- Monitor daily data loads, identify failures, and perform root cause analysis.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in **Lakehouse**, **Dataflows Gen2**, **Pipelines**, and **Notebook-based jobs (PySpark)**.- Maintain ticket hygiene by managing incident, service request, and change tickets in tools like **ServiceNow**.- Collaborate with engineering teams on incident resolution, RCA documentation, and permanent fixes.- Participate in daily health checks, access provisioning, job reruns, and alert management.- Maintain platform configurations and support minor enhancements, patches, and updates as per change management practices.**Required Skills**:- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Fabric** support (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks).- Strong SQL skills for data validation, investigation, and remediation.- Experience troubleshooting and monitoring pipelines in **Azure Data Factory**.- Basic to intermediate skills in **PySpark** for log analysis and notebook debugging.- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or other observability tools.- Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes (ITIL foundation preferred).- Excellent communication and documentation skills.**Nice-to-Have Skills**:- Exposure to **Power BI** support in the Fabric ecosystem.- Experience with ticketing tools like **ServiceNow.**:- Knowledge of **Azure DevOps**, **Git**, and deployment pipelines.- Awareness of data privacy, compliance, and access governance practices.- English advancedOfrecemos: Prestaciones de ley y superiores, 100% nómina contrato por tiempo indefinido.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $65,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes experiência en Proporcionar soporte L2/L3Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Pyspark: 2 años (Deseable)- Azure Data Factory: 2 años (Deseable)- Troubleshoot: 2 años (Deseable)- Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 64102, Barrio Antiguo Ciudad Solidaridad, N.
