We are currently seeking a SAP Basis Application Engineer to join our IT team in Guadalajara, México. This role is a key contributor to keep and sustain our SAP platform. As part of our global team, you will have the opportunity to raise your personal and professional profile working on exciting challenges and new SAP technologies.**Accountabilities**:**Essential Skills/Experience**:- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and design.- Hands-on experience like SAP Basis administrator.- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA administration for at least 1 year.- Experience with SAP Application upgrades and/or SAP Database upgrades- Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills.- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.- Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of GXP and SOX requirements.- Experience working in a globally distributed team within a matrix structure.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.**Desirable Skills/Experience**:- SAP Certification.- Experience with HANA DB Upgrades and migrations.- Knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform- Knowledge in SAP hyperscalers, preferably AWS.- SAP working experience in SUSE or REDHAT Linux, AIX and Windows OS.- Working experience on High Availability and Cluster EnvironmentWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we ignite ambitious thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
