**Location** Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico**Job ID** R- **Date posted** 13/04/2025As a Functional Consultant, will be responsible for resolving any SAP issues reported by the business users and delivering all enhancements as required by business users. - Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by team lead and project manager. - Responsible for reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements. - Responsible for proactively working with business users for identifying and resolving recurring issues. - Owner of certain niche processes within broader domain area eg. Interfacing to 3rd party systems like GQCLIMS, SAP Global Batch Traceability, 3PL, etc.**Mandatory Requirements**- **In-depth functional understanding for QM and expert knowledge in configuration and maintenance of SAP****systems.**- **Experience in ECC and S4 systems.**:- **Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare and review functional****specifications.**- Good understanding of integration of SAP modules in End to end business processes- Ability to work in large and diverse teams.- Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incidentmanagement tool.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Well versed in English and Spanish. Good spoken and written skills.- Proactive approach to problem solving.**Desirable Requirements**- Functional understanding of PM and/or PP configuration and maintenance of SAP.- Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.- Exposure is essential to highly customized SAP environments and working on interfaces with Non SAPsystems.- Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management.- Exposure to Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies.- Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements.
