We are the backbone for reporting across the bank, satisfying our regulatory commitments, enabling our businesses to be nimbler and helping to safeguard customer assets through highly effective controls.We are seeking a Technology Risk Analyst that will support the Global Risk & Controls Technology organization within the GFT space. The Technology Risk Analyst will be responsible for providing risk oversight and expertise, while facilitating and executing formal risk governance routines that enable the identification, mitigation and escalation of ongoing operational risks.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of key deliverables within the GFT Global Risk & Control Technology (GRCT) organization- Manage risk related dashboards and follow up on dependencies and dates.- Host meetings with technology partners to understand current state of deliverables and develop impact assessment and related risk reporting.- Build and develop partnerships with SMT's and GRCT staff- Facilitate and lead risk governance and oversight meetings- Support colleagues with MCA, QRA, Issue, Corrective Action Plan and Audit remediation efforts.- Assist in awareness campaigns and communications of GFT Change Management objectives, process- Develop analytics and reporting to track effectiveness of process and identify potential process improvements.- Driving risk culture and governance across GRCT organization- Identifying thematic or specific control gaps and partnering to develop action plans to drive risk mitigation and remediation.- Managing risk appetite metrics to ensure successful delivery of mitigating actions.- Managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.- Provide thought leadership in continually reviewing process and identifying improvements.**Qualifications**:- 5-8 years Project Management experience in financial services, control compliance or legal disciplines- Experience with work-flow systems- Excellent project management and organizational skills.- Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel- Self-motivated and detail oriented**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceDesirable 3 - 5 years of experience in:English ProficiencyAbility to communicate at Senior Management LevelAbility to Interpret & Document Technical Application Development Life Cycle UpdatesSolid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Issue and Corrective Action ManagementProject Management PreferredRisk & Control or Risk Governance & Oversight for Technology OrganizationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePossibilities for remote working- **Job Family Group**:Risk Management- **Job Family**:Business Risk & Controls- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
