**About AJC International**:**Position Summary**:**Scope of Responsibility**:- Manage ocean shipments.- Transportation bookings.- Update shipping rates and routes.- Cold storage tracking.- Ensure the on-time delivery of customer products.- Stay abreast of intermodal trends.- Update inventory, track product availability, and allocations.- Customer follow-up.- Provide data for claims when needed.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.- **1 - 2 years of logistics, export documentation, or refrigerated ocean transportation experience is required.**:- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).- Natural ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, prioritize, and multi-task.- Effective organization, time management, and attention to detail- High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of urgency.**Language Requirements**- Additional language proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
