If you’re looking for a career where you can make a real impression, join GSC HSBC and discover how valued you’ll be.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Global Graduate Programme Management and HR Recruiter****Role purpose****Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- Management of the end to end process of the Global Graduates Programme for Mexico and Argentina.- Management of marketing strategies and recruitment.- Presentation of results at local and global forums.- Recruitment and selection for HR roles for HBMX and GSC.- Support Resourcing and Onboarding team with strategies for the recruitment of entry level positions.- Provide material for internal communication related with R&O.- Preparation of reports and executive presentations attached to the company's EVP.**Leadership and teamwork**- Provides relevant content and information to clients in a simple, easy and open manner.- Navigate into global teams in order to exchange ideas.- Participate in the implementation of projects of the area and strategies of recruitment, as well as improvement initiatives.- Relationship with the Business Partner in order to be a strategic partner for the fulfilment of business objectives.- Manage strategies and development plan for the team.Requirements**Functional Knowledge**- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection process (Financial experience is a plus).- Experience making interview analysis and reports.- Management of recruitment sources such as Linkedin, Glassdoor, OCC.- ATS management (Taleo, Avature)- Management of Modern Hire tool.- Capacity to propose recruitment strategies for specialized profiles.- Knowledge and experience in screening interview, soft skills interview, task oriented and behavioural-based interviews.- MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word)- Zoom.- **Fluent English.**:- Change and project management.- Analysis of business impact.**Others**- Economic-Administrative degree or related completed.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBCAt HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
