We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **“Programme Management Office”.****Principal responsibilities**:- Accountable for overseeing order book and value management activities- Responsible for stakeholder management, portfolio prioritization facilitation, benefits realization, cost management and resource & capability management.- Improve on the status quo and keep up-to-date with the changes in the wider organization as well as industry best practices and to be able to factor these changes into their outputs.- Exercise independent initiative in proactively overcoming obstacles to success, dealing with direction-setting from the Programme Manager, Regional Head of Portfolio EPMO and changing circumstances, such as interdependencies, opportunities or risks.- The role holder will operate within the usual authority limits for a Programme Service Manager.Requirements**Qualification**- Knowledge of financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and people management processes.- PMO/PM skills and experience, including examples of the delivery of on time and on budget- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Group standard tools (Clarity, SharePoint, GPDM, JIRA etc.)- Skills in reporting, KPIs and dashboard generationYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
