Role Purpose Serve as the primary strategic partner and single point of contact for associates and leaders by addressing all Human Resources–related requirements and inquiries. Ensure effective communication, policy compliance, and strong associate engagement across the IBU/Department, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment. Key Responsibilities Associate Support & Relationship Management Act as the primary HR contact for associates, addressing HR-related requirements, concerns, and inquiries. Provide continuous, proactive support to associates to enhance engagement, motivation, and retention. Act as a facilitator in resolving associates’ grievances, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant resolution. Associate Lifecycle Management Manage and support the full associate lifecycle within the IBU/Department, including: Onboarding and integration Engagement and performance discussions Offboarding and exit processes Ensure all lifecycle touchpoints align with company policies, culture, and compliance standards. Engagement & Culture Building Plan, implement, and drive associate engagement initiatives tailored to the needs of the IBU/Department. Strengthen associate relations through: Counseling and coaching Mentoring and development guidance Communication & Feedback Mechanisms Ensure consistent, transparent, and effective communication by providing structured platforms for associates to share feedback, raise concerns, and express opinions, such as: Coffee chats Focus groups or engagement forums Policy Compliance & Discipline Management Enforce and promote alignment with HR policies, company guidelines, and applicable labor regulations. Manage floor discipline and disciplinary matters, ensuring fairness, documentation accuracy, and adherence to internal and legal standards. Data Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data for the unit, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with HR and business requirements. Provide insights and feedback to management regarding HR trends, associate concerns, and policy effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with operations, leadership teams, and cross-functional HR areas to support business objectives. Deliver HR solutions that enhance productivity, engagement, and organizational performance. Required Experience and Qualifications 8 to 10 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a BPO / Contact Center environment. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, engagement strategies, and disciplinary processes. Proven experience partnering with operations and leadership teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. What do we offer? Monthly salary: $30,000 - $35,000 before taxes. Law benefits from day one. This role is a key administrative and strategic partner, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to terminations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the company adheres to Mexican Labor Law and IMSS regulations, as well as managing payroll data, HR reports, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and professional team player with a strong grasp of labor law and the ability to partner with management to drive company culture and initiatives. What You’ll Do Compliance & Administration: Act as the primary point of contact for HR administration, ensuring compliance with Mexican Labor Law (LFA) and IMSS regulations. You\'ll manage internal processes, policies, and procedures, while also handling administrative tasks like purchasing, permits, and payroll data entry. Talent Management: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, new hire onboarding, training, and terminations. You will also be the main contact for employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation. Strategic & Cultural Support: Partner with the management team on strategic initiatives, attend management meetings, and provide legal advice to support key decisions. You\'ll be instrumental in developing and promoting our company culture through events, employee roundtables, and effective internal communication. Reporting & Analytics: Utilize HRIS and data to prepare and analyze reports, providing valuable insights to leadership to inform departmental and organizational development. What You’ve Done Experience: 2+ years proven experience in an HR Generalist role with a strong understanding of core HR functions. Legal Expertise: Deep knowledge of Mexican Labor Law is essential to advise management and ensure compliance. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS are required. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization. Adaptability: A demonstrated ability to manage change and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs Experience working in a call center agency, or outsourced customer service environment. Familiarity with e-commerce customer engagement best practices. Location Mexico (Naucalpan, State of Mexico) About the Role Are you passionate about people, culture, and operational excellence? This role has national scope and close collaboration with the LATAM HR regional team, offering the opportunity to influence HR strategy while staying hands-on with core processes such as payroll, recruitment, talent development, and employee relations. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training processes aligned with corporate standards. Oversee payroll and compensation administration, ensuring compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISR. Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations and internal HR policies. Manage performance evaluations and talent development initiatives. Drive organizational culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives. Support labor relations, handling employee incidents and fostering positive workplace relationships. Track and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, training hours) and propose improvements. Participate in HR budget planning and control. Promote digital transformation within HR to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Collaborate on regional LATAM HR projects and initiatives. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role. Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR). Solid experience in payroll, compensation, recruitment, and talent development. Comfortable working with HR metrics, data analysis, and Excel (intermediate–advanced). Experience using HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, CONTPAQi, or similar).
