UX/UI Specialist

**Job mission**:Assure that a product makes sense to the user by creating paths that flow logically from one step to the next. Responsible for creating an optimal experience for the user when they interact with a website. Studying users, understanding their behavior, and architecting a user journey that enables the user to achieve their desired tasks with mínimal effort. Conduct user research. Learning about users and their behavior, goals, motivations, and needs.**Responsibilities**:- Understand product specifications and user psychology- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback- Create personas through user research and data- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers- Keep benchmark of competitor products and industry trends- Create user-centric designs and understand business requirements, voice of clients, journeys, feedback, and usability findings.- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups.- Communicate with product, engineering and development teams.- Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design.- Perform metric analysis after launch to be able to do design optimization.- Know how to use prototyping tools such as Sketch, Invision or equivalent- Determine the information architecture of a digital product.**Required**Minimum 5 years experience in a similar roleStrong portfolio of design projectsFamiliarity with interaction design and information architectureProficiency in:- UX design experience- UX research experience- Gathering customer feedback**Desired**- Background in project management and research- UI design experience- Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus**Competencies and Skills**- Adaptability.- Analysis.- Communication.- Empathy.- Interest to learn.- Open mind to question ideas.- Observation.- Critical thinking.- Know how to listen.- Problem solving**Technical**- Project management.- Information architecture.- Design-thinking.- Language and writing skills.- Notions of graphic design and visual communication to be able to make wireframes and prototypes.- Programming notions (coding).- User and context research techniques.**Ofrecemos**:- Horario de lunes a viernes de 9am a 6pm- Modalidad híbrida o remoto- Prestaciones de ley- Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley- Sueldo según experiênciaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Trabajar desde casa- Vales de despensaExperiência:- UX/UI Specialist: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
