**Position Purpose**:The role of the **UI/UX Design Analyst** is to support the development of ServiceNow workflows and solutions by optimizing the experience of the personas that use them and assure an enjoyable experience.The role works as part of the Digital Platforms Team and collaborates closely with ServiceNow Developers, Scrum Master, Architect, Business Analysts and with Service and Product Owners.**Responsibilities**:- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, eMail notifications, dashboards, workspaces, tabs and widgets- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)- Develop, support and maintain functions and experience of ServiceNow products such as the Virtual Assistant, Mobile app and Service Portal- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images**Qualifications**:- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, portfolio of design projects- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform as developer- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders- Good time-management skills- Professional studies in Design, Computer Science or relevant field- Strong project management skills with methodologies such as AGILE, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently- Ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution**Other Desired Qualifications**- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy- Experience developing web based solutions using HTML, CSS3, JavaScript,.NET, and SQL- Ability to manage software implementations in multi-tiered environmentsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $40,000.00 - $500,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
